Refund Policy

This is a short summary. The full rules are in our Terms of Sale and License (https://zone360.sk/en/terms/), which prevail if there is any difference.

1. Before you buy

  • Each product works with one platform — krpano or Pano2VR — and needs your own licensed copy of that viewer.
  • Check the supported viewer versions and technical requirements on the product page, and try the live demo.
  • Questions? Write to info@zone360.sk before you buy.

2. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU)

  • If you buy as a consumer, you can withdraw within 14 days of your order without giving a reason — as long as you have not started downloading the product.
  • At checkout you agree that delivery starts immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the download begins. We confirm this in your order e-mail.
  • To withdraw, use "Withdraw from contract here" at https://zone360.sk/en/withdraw/ or e-mail info@zone360.sk. We refund you within 14 days.

3. If a product does not work (consumers)

If the product does not work as described, you have statutory rights for two years from delivery: we fix it free of charge (within 30 days at the latest, unless an objective reason justifies longer), and if we cannot, you can get a price reduction or your money back (not for minor defects). These rights apply regardless of Section 4.

4. Our voluntary refund promise

On top of your statutory rights: if, within 14 days of your purchase, the product does not work as described on the product page with a supported, licensed viewer version, contact info@zone360.sk with your order number and a description of the problem. If our support cannot fix it within 7 days of receiving the information we need, we refund the full price — even after you have downloaded it, and whether you bought as a consumer or as a business.

Not covered: change of mind after downloading, buying the product for the wrong platform, an unlicensed or unsupported viewer version, or problems caused by your own modifications, other plugins or hosting.

5. How refunds work

  • Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days after we approve them (the exact timing depends on your bank). Statutory refunds are paid within 14 days.
  • A withdrawal or a full refund ends your license: download access is revoked, and you must remove the product from all tours and projects (including tours already published or delivered to clients) and delete your copies.
  • Chargebacks: please contact us first — we resolve most problems quickly. If a payment is disputed with your bank, download access is suspended while the dispute is open and restored automatically if the dispute is decided in our favour. If it is decided against us, your license ends as after a full refund.
